Well, looks like my personal blog survived the upgrade. Perhaps its time to try it here...

A big Yay! for Knoppix!
Downloaded the ISO image, burnt it to a CD, stuck it in and booted - and I have a Linux box!
It has office etc. included (even wine!)
It recognized 95% of my hardware - on a dell laptop (also it missed the modem - duh!)
It can read my windows files!
one small step for the Penguin..

Launched another OSS project. Mnemosyne: a P2P Reference manager.
I published on sourceforge's personals and got 4 devlopers in 2 days.
